I’m grateful I found them on google because Osito loved his sitter, Julia! I also liked the journals and photos at the end of each visit, it put my mind at ease. We've moved three times in recent years, and we always used the local Fetch group to visit our two cats when we have to be out of town. Fetch has been great all around, but the Central Chicago group is by far the best group we've worked with! The team is so kind, consistent, quick-to-respond, and we feel like they love our cats just like we do. It is always nerve-wracking to leave the cats, but knowing that Asya is going to visit them has been very comforting. She sends a note and photos promptly after her visit so we don't have to wonder how the cats fared that day.  But most importantly our cats love her!!! Fetch was able to accommodate me and my cats last minute and I couldn’t be happier!  Both Natalie and Julia were great!  They sent lots of photos and detailed descriptions of each visit.  Even my younger cat, who usually is scared of strangers, warmed up to them after a few days.  I will definitely be using Fetch services in the future.
